Agreement
By accessing or using MailBooth's website, app, or services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Services
MailBooth provides a platform to compare carrier rates, book shipments, and manage labels and tracking. We are not a carrier. Delivery is performed by the carrier you select (e.g. Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, Purolator).
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate shipment and contact information.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Quoted rates are based on information you provide (addresses, weight, dimensions). Incorrect details may result in carrier adjustments, delays, or additional charges imposed by the carrier.
Prohibited use
You may not use MailBooth for illegal shipments, prohibited items, fraud, or any activity that violates carrier rules or applicable law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MailBooth is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from carrier delays, lost parcels, or service interruptions. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid to MailBooth for the affected transaction.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
